Prof. (Dr)Anupam Shukla is Director of ICST, SHEPAVaranasi. He is alumnus of IIM, Ahmedabad ( 37th FDP, 2015). Having teaching experience of more than 15 years, he is faculty member in Marketing Area with keen interest inBOP, Retail, Service marketing, Consumer behavior, Advertising, Marketing Research, Research Methodology, Strategy Management which he taught to management graduates at P.G. & U.G. level. He has actively participated, organized and presented papers in leading conferences at national and international level and his research works on performance management, knowledge management, retail industry, customer’s perception, and customer’s satisfaction which has been published in national journals. He is reviewer of international journals. He hasalso organized many workshops, seminars, FDP & MDP. In addition to his academic work his current and previous responsibilities include admintrative work, he was coordinator for PGDM and MBA program, examination controller, warden, and placement in-charge. He is also actively associated with ICAI as a Resource Person for GMCS, (General Management Communication Skills. As an extension to his academics he provides consultancy services to few industries located at Varanasi and Kanpur, in marketing and strategic area.
