The students are provided with the opportunity of using state of the art library which is not only well furnished but also fully equipped with the latest literature in the fields of computer science, management and education, directed mainly towards academic and research needs of the students and the faculty. There are more than 10,000 volumes comprising latest books and national and international journals (above 70), magazines (30) and newspapers (7).
The library also has a rich collection of, video cassettes and CDs. Efforts are made to update the library every year by adding latest titles. The library is spread over an area of 350 sq. meter and is fully air conditioned and equipped with LIBSYS software and photocopying facilities. Multiple sets of books are issued to a student for a week. The library is in the process of being fully computerized.
The library services are manned by a team qualified and experienced professional staff who provide full assistance to the library users.

The SHEPA-ICST library strengthen and enhance the teaching , Learning programs of the institute.The library promote intellectual growth and creativity by developing collection, facilitating access to information reasources, teaching and effective use of information.
Rules and Regulations
|1.||Strict silence, decorum and discipline must be maintain in the library|
|2.||Use of cell-phone is not allowed in the library|
|3.||Eating,Sleeping and Talking loudly are strictly prohibited in the library|
|4.||Documents(Books) taken out of the shelves must be left on the table|
|5.||Do not misplaced the books|
|6.||Newspapers,Magazines and Journals must be read only in the library|
|7.||No library materials can be taken out of the library without permission.Unauthorized removal of any thing belonging to the library will be treated as theft and dealt accordingly|
